Tables and Chairs; Function Overseer; Security; Time for Caterer's Set-up and Clean-up. Current Furniture Inventory is (14) 60" rounds, (5) 48" rounds, (7) 8ft tables, (4) 6ft tables

  • Rate is for 5-hour event; additional time for a ceremony, if desired, is available at extra charge.
  • All events must end by 10:00 p.m.
  • Initial deposit- 50% to reserve your date
  • Ceremonies may be held in the park facing Hamilton Hall; client is responsible for the cost of chair rental if needed.

Guests may park along both sides of Chestnut Street and at the Council on Aging Parking Lot on Broad Street, one block from the Hall.

Rooms are also available for weekday rentals. Rates provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation of a definite reservation is required in writing. If the date is rebooked Hamilton Hall will refund one half (1/2) the deposit.

Liquor Policy
The client is responsible for bringing in their own liquor for the event. All bars must be hosted, cash bars are not permitted. Bartenders are needed for all bars and must be insured. Bartenders are provided by the caterers. Bars close 30 minutes prior to the end of the function, however non-alcoholic beverages can be served.

The following liquor stores will provide assistance with your ordering and provide delivery and pick up.
